Huge tropical fruit and fresh citrus zest dominate the aroma, all laid on top of a soft and delicate malt bill consisting of malted wheat and flaked oats. This beer reminds us of that syrup left over in tropical fruit cups
In the past we’ve treated this beer as an avenue to experiment with hop combinations. However starting with this batch we will stick to the hop combination 3 of my all time favorite hops, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Mandarina Bavaria. Huge tropical fruit and fresh citrus zest dominate the aroma, all laid on top of a soft and delicate malt bill consisting of malted wheat and flaked oats. This beer reminds us of that syrup left over in tropical fruit cups, chugging half the bottle of Orange Gatorade after mowing the lawn, and time spent with loved ones during quarantine
