Beer Description
Originally born in a 16th century Abby cellar, Witbier (white beer) traditionally contains unmalted wheat and a form of
spice. Rain Dancer adds flacked oats, puffed red rice, lemon peel, grains of paradise and rose hips to our take on this
traditional Belgian beer. This slightly sweet summer splash of savory serendipitous sunshine is soft, slim and seasonal,
offering a sliver of tart, a splash of lemon, a sprinkle of spice and a silk white head all topped off with a giant spoonful
of sexy.
