Beer Description
This highly esteemed bittersweet apple was originally found in a hedgerow in Somerset by a Mr Dabinett. He saved the tree and propagated it. The Dabinett is now a renowned for it’s high quality single variety ciders.
This is a single orchard, medium-dry authentic cider using Dabinett bittersweet apples. It is still, full juice, smooth and wildly popular.
All the Dabinett apples are organically grown at our Cider Farm located in the wilds of West Dorset.
