Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with Brooklyn’s Fourth Avenue Pub to celebrate the bar’s 20th Anniversary in 2026.
Malt: American Pilsner, Vienna, Munich Type 1
Hops: German Saaz
“This is our kellerbier, brewed in collaboration with 4th Avenue Pub this year. Some of their team came in for the brew day and they were very enthusiastic about joining in and completely grained out themselves. Kellerbier literally means “cellar beer” and unlike the majority of our lagers this one has a natural haze from the lack of filtration or fining agents. The Pilsner provides a nice, fresh malt character, with a little extra depth from the Vienna and Munich malts. We hopped it with 100% German Saaz giving it the herbal and spice notes."
Tasting Notes: Herbal, light spice, fresh bread, clean, touch of almond.
