Beer Description
Maris Otter, dark malts and a particular blend of brewing sugars, balanced with a gentle addition of floral British hops. Garnet in colour, this quintessential old ale is full bodied and rich, with inviting aromas of fruitcake and dark cinder toffee.
Our latest creation using the historic Burton Union system is a special collaboration with our friends from the Brewery of Saint Mars of the Desert.
