Beer Description
A rich and complex grain bill with 5 different grains – three of which are off Rabbit Hill’s “Secret Menu”, lay the foundation for this chestnut leaning mahogany colored lagerbier. A long, dry finish is juxtaposed by a slick textural rye viscosity, with an assertive hop presence of Magnum and Hallertau Tradition. Still clean and effortlessly drinkable – how we like all our lovely little lagerbiers, Syncopated Rhythm is just off-beat enough to know you’re not in standard four on the floor music beat territory.
