Beer Description
We have brewed a beer in memory of a fallen Bloatarian Brewing League member, Dave Collins aka King Swanky. King Swanky is a Belgian Wit (Dave’s favorite) with cherries (some of which are from his back yard). It was brewed with help and insight from professional bloats at Market Garden Brewery, Moerlein Lager House, Blank Slate Brewing Company, Five Rabbit in Chicago and our old head brewer Kevin Moreland as well as Dave’s family.
