New Trail Brewer's Cut

A Brewer’s Cut is sliced from the center of a freshly picked hop bale. Brewers use this small block of hops to explore a hop’s aroma, oils, and character in a uniquely tactile way. At this point we can compare different fields of the same hop variety to select the exact acreage our hops will come from. This beer is our tribute to that sensory ritual. We packed in our hand-selected Citra and Simcoe in its whole form, as well as Cryo and Hyperboost concentrated forms.
Brewer’s Cut oozes citrus and bursts with dank, fresh notes of pine and florals, with a balanced bitterness.
