Beer Description
Hazy pale golden coloured body with a thin, slightly soapy two centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of pale malt, a touch of cardboard and the smallest hit of sour grapes, but a relatively mild aroma throughout. Light-bodied; Strong pale malt flavour with a light citrus flavour and a hint of coriander seed freshness to couple with the light grass and hay at the end. Aftertaste shows a very mild and refreshing kolsch with some light grassy and herbal overtones and a good airy sour finish at the end.
