Beer Description
A twist on the classic American pale ale. We start by adding 100 pounds of oats to the mash to create a smooth, almost creamy body. Then we add Chinook hops for bitterness, Cascade for roundness and finished with Sterling and Centennial for a nice well balanced hop profile.
