Pungent dank hop aromas blend perfectly with some herbal, bready and light sweet citrus complements.
A Fermenta collaboration beer – golden orange colored American India Pale Ale brewed with orange blossom honey and fresh thyme. Definitive thyme and fruity apricot-like hops flavors, lead into a sticky hop finish, with an enhanced dryness brought on by the honey’s higher degree of fermentability. The overall bitterness builds as it lingers on the palate.
