Beer Description
Fresh fruity tart apricot, nutty wood notes, a hint of balsamic and tart lactic notes. Pours brownish golden, thin fizzy head. Flavors of nutty notes, apricot flesh, a litle toasty/roasty, lactic tartness, a little tannic wood. Pretty sour but balanced and with good fruity notes.
