A complex & quenching wild ale crafted in anticipation of our mammoth Snallygaster beer fest coming up on September 13, 2014 at the yards; funky, golden & bright, this exclusive ale was brewed with warrior, horizon & southern cross hops, then fermented with a proprietary blend of Saison yeast, Lactobacillus & multiple strains of Brettanomyces; earthy, grassy and funky floral aromas punctuate insistent suggestions of zesty lemon & white grapefruit.
