Beer Description
In crafting an IPA one should not only find an interesting arrangement of hops in terms of variety and treatment, but build a sound structure to hold it up. We’ve framed some interesting hops sourced both domestically, with Falconers Flight and Bravo, and from abroad using Matueka from New Zealand. Holding it together, we’ve used biscuit and caramel malts and provided enough body to leave more than just an “out of order” sign on your taste buds.
