Beer Description
This fantastic beer is brewed in collaboration with Fermenta – Michigan woman’s craft collective. For this special batch of brown ale, Mindo Chocolate Makers from Dexter MI whipped up a unique batch of caramel just for this beer. To match the salt used by Mindo, we added additional pink Himalayan salt to the kettle as well.
