Beer Description
Our daughter Eva just turned one this June and to celebrate we are tapping up a new white ale! We used lots of unmalted wheat, some flaked oats, and pilsner malt along with traditional Belgian Witbier yeast. It’s hopped with Liberty, Willamette, Cascade, and Czech Saaz and also has some coriander and orange peel and a subtle touch of cumin for some background peppery character. It’s a very light and sessionable summer brew, finishing dry and refreshing at 4% alcohol by volume.
