Bubblegum, citrus, and light spice flavors with a dry finish and smooth mouthfeel.
Our first Saison, hopped with Ultra and El Dorado, then fermented at uncontrolled temps for 2 weeks. The Omega Hybrid yeast produced bubblegum, citrus, and light spice flavors with a dry finish and smooth mouthfeel.
