Beer Description
Brett Barrel aged Collette. Very hazy, pineapple juice gold with zero head. Nose has lots of pithy citrus, cooked greens, wood pulp, a little vitamin C. Flavor is tart, lemon juice, vitamin C tablets, a bit industrial, dandelion greens, a bit of tannic chrysanthemum tea.
