Beer Description
Our session IPA was brewed to help support the Ales for ALS campaign. Utilizing a custom blend of hops from Loftus Ranch in the brewhouse and heavily in dry-hopping, we created a malt base with English malted barley and then added a healthy dose of wheat and oats. The result is light in body, hazy golden in color, and bursting with notes of lychee, kumquat, and strawberry cream.
