Beer Description
British table beer based on a recipe from the Barclay Perkins Brewery circa 1804. This beer is made possible by the exhaustive research of Ron Pattinson and the prompting of local beer historian Mike Stein & Tim Prendergast. Itβs moderately bittered with Kent Goldings, light bodied with a beautiful malt nose and hints of toffee from British brown & amber malts. The base malt was British halcyon pale ale malt.
