The beer Alba Abu was developed as a collaboration brew with Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms and uses wild heather and Scots Pine needles foraged from the Galtee Mountains. It is loosely based on a Scotch Ale, with a solid roasted toffee malt base and subtly balanced with a floral heather and aromatic pine aroma
