Beer Description
To celebrate the hop harvest, we brewed this beer with 400 pounds of fresh Centennial hops grown at Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon, a mere 70 miles from our brewery. Plucked from the hop bines and added to the lauter tun within a few hours, this beer went from farm to fermentation all in a day’s time.
