Beer Description
Resolute (res·o·lute) adjective: admirably purposeful, determined, and unwavering. For our first barrel aged project we knew we wanted go beyond what was expected. Starting with a Russian Imperial Stout designed from the ground up for aging, Resolute greets you with a thick, chocolate-y head followed by complexity that can only be achieved by over nine months of aging. Notes of vanilla, oak, chocolate, espresso and a base of malty richness clamor for your attention.
