Beer Description

The classic! Created in 1956 by Leonhard Hofmann, the first beer after Pilsener style in Aischgrund. For lovers hop accented beers. Very thin mashed to pull only the “noble materials” from the malt. Cold fermented and matured classic cold. Bright golden color with fine sparkling carbonation. A summer meadow fresh scents. In Antrunk soft and full (a beer that leaves us empty hops waters which were brewed for a long time forgotten), pleasant Rezens, in the aftertaste enjoys the fine hop bitterness to the palate! A real, “Aischgründer classic” created by traditional craft brewing! Malt: light pilsner barley malt, hops: Hallertauer Northern Brewer, Hallertau Tradition, water: soft brewing water from our wells, yeast: bottom-fermenting brewer’s yeast, wort: 11, 8%, alcohol: 4,9%.
