As this big beer warms there are banana bread / bread pudding flavors. An esophagus warming, smooth “boozie” finish!
Barleywine style wheat ale aged in used oak brandy barrels.
You could say that O’so started as a barley wine style brewery because this style was the first beer our founder home-brewed as a young lad. This beer is a wheat rendition of a barleywine style ale brewed strong and aged in brandy barrels to create an incredibly smooth and drinkable aperitif even Phillip Drummond would appreciate.
