Beer Description
A rustic, traditionally styled Saison, brewed as an homage to the classic Belgian Farmhouse Ale Saison Dupont. Characterized by its earthy hop presence, fruity yeast notes, high carbonation, and bracing dryness. Brewed with pilsner and oat malts, with a touch of unmalted wheat, all Styrian Goldings hops, and then fermented with a special French Saison yeast grown up for us personally by Al Buck, a (relatively) local homebrewer.
