Beer Description
It is a big alcohol Imperial Stout with delectable chocolate roast character and moderate sweetness. We brewed this beer with Brian and his friend Don Bethany in December in what ended up being the first of many snow storms this season… hence the name Virgin Snow (also to representing Brian’s first time brewing).
