You hold in your hands the Iron Springs brewery’s 2006 vintage Barstow/Lundy barley wine with smooth port-like flavors, and a long velvety treacle chocolate finish. We used Maris Otter pale, dark crystal, cara Munich, and aromatic malts and hooped with horizon, fuggle, and cascade hops.
