Beer Description
Light and refreshing but complex. The aroma has earthy funk, hay honey and lemon zest. The taste brings more funk, with bready malts up front melding seamlessly into lemon/citrus flavors and mild tartness finishing crisply with lingering hints of noble hops and black pepper. The special beer was brewed with 100% Brettanomyces.
