Beer Description
A showcase of our favorite dank, resin-y hops including Apollo, Columbus & Simcoe with a citrus punch provided by Centennial & Amarillo, Clandestine’s ‘Tipsy Hipster’ is not brewed to be the strongest or most bitter IPA, instead we offer the hop-head a completely unbalanced hop-forward beer. Brewed with a base of Maris Otter, Tipsy Hipster has just enough malt to provide a backbone to the waves of hop flavors produced by multiple kettle additions, a hop-stand, and multiple dry-hop additions.
