Beer Description
Just add water! Well, that… and a hearty malt bill, a generous supply of C hops, a hint of funk and a clean yeast to have your very own C-Funky, our hoppy farmhouse pale ale. Funk from our secret souring process mingles with the bright and fruity hop aroma to begin the complex sensory journey. Upon tasting, the funk gives way to a clean and nicely-balanced pale ale character. The funk returns at the end of the journey to furnish a classic, dry farmhouse finish.
