Beer Description
This age old beer style was saved from near-extinction by Pierre Celis in the 1960s. Our witbier is characterized by the coriander and orange peel spices, and a bright malt bill that includes a significant proportion of wheat. Wizard Island Wit is almost white in color with a dense white head. The crisp malt finishes dry, allowing the coriander and citrul to shine through. This beer is best drunk cold and fresh.
