Beer Description
We’ve had some limited experience producing beers that high but this was taking things to a whole new level.
This beer has been an amazing journey – from conception to production to drinking – we had a real picture of what we wanted to do and we took some crazy risks.
Chewy, thick, full of dark, roasted awesomeness and topping out at 9% ABV. It required nearly 600 pounds more grain than we had ever tried to put through our brewhouse.
