Beer Description
We took an interesting approach to making it and collaborated with Dark Matter Coffee to do a very low volume coffee extraction that was added.
I have to say that we’re really pumped about this beer. The result isn’t a total coffee beer, but a 9.5% brut of a stout with fully flexed flavor that rounds out the spectrum nicely.
