Beer Description
English: Reepicheep, the most noble of all noble mice. And proof that even if you may be small you can indeed still come with quite a sting. Reepicheep’s sting was his sword. In the beer we brewed in his honor the sting is the hops. Although the beer is a modest Wheat Ale (36% wheat in the malt bill) we – once again – went a little overboard with the hops with no less than 7 additions within just half an hour. And then our usual, massive dryhopping – of course. So for those who think that a wheat beer mostly resembles a banana split with a dash of cloves we’re only glad to prove you wrong.
Ingredienser: Vand. Malt: Pilsner, Hvede. Humle: Simcoe, Cascade, Amarillo, Summit, Chinook, Citra. Gær: US-ale
