Beer Description
Peach IPA: The brewers worked together to scale a legend Home Brewer’s 5-gallon recipe into Macon Beer Company’s 320-gallon commercial system. Lane Southern Orchards donated enough fresh peaches for Knowles and Holmes to produce 20 gallons of puree. A combination of Millennium and Glacier hops were chosen to create a hop profile most closely resembling Holmes’ small batch recipe.
