A bière de garde brewed with pumpkin and spices and conditioned with Brettanomyces. A beer produced to age gracefully, the addition of wild yeast gives the beer an earthy complexity that will increase with time. Made with pumpkin, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, allspice, and orange peel.
