Beer Description
We put 10 pounds of raw ginger and 1 pound of lemon thyme in the lightest wheat beer we’ve ever brewed. Super refreshing and totally unexpected! (Ginger and lemon thyme was grown by Big Thorn Farm in Georgetown, IL.)
