Beer Description
The Bitter Half is a White IPA that is vigorously hopped with traditional American hops like Warrior, Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial. The Citra hops provide a great hop aroma that is blended nicely with the natural spice character of the Belgian yeast. The “gruntled” bitterness comes in around 85 IBU’s and is a perfect complement to the lightly malty backbone that provides an ABV right around 7%.
