Beer Description
This brown ale underwent spontaneous fermentation in an oak barrel. The wild yeast and souring bacteria living in the wood slowly did their work over the course of 15 months. It was then re-fermented on tart cherries from Michigan for a month.
It is extremely sour and has a little bit of funk. Our first true sour release here at the pub.
Named after the creek that runs along my parents farm in rural Linn County.
