Beer Description
Essentially a barleywine, this all-malt beast is made with 50% white wheat. Though there is malt sweetness up front, it is more reminiscent of honey-like notes versus the more caramel/toffee-like flavors of a barleywine, and it has a bit less body. We wanted the hops to come through as well, and we used a good amount of Amarillo and Centennial at the end of boil, though we did not dry-hop it at all. About half of the batch went to bourbon and gin barrels.
