Beer Description
For our anniversary beer this year, we decided to honor our region and feature the dank flavors and aromas of Upstate New York hops. At the forefront of this resurgence are the Whipple Brothers in Hamlin, New York. To make our hoppiest beer to date, we decided to toss in over 180 lbs of their fresh, locally grown cascades to help take you to hoppy bliss. Layered on top of a sticky red malt profile, this beer, and these hops, will show what Western New York Brewing is all about.
