Beer Description
This dark and roasty ale has the flavor that is just the ticket to wake up all Bears from their Winter slumber! The aroma was a touch of caramel, toasted & roasted notes, smooth malt, chocolate, and subordinate coffee hints. The flavor offered moderate hop bitterness that possessed a bit of reheated coffee astringency. A little lighter than medium bodied, with fair carbonation, the texture lightened some on the palate.
