Beer Description
Just like the sirens of mythology, the Siren blonde ale is beautiful and dangerous; beautiful in its light golden hue, and dangerous in that it’s hard to enjoy just one. Siren is a refreshing, approachable, easy-drinking choice for an afternoon at the beach or a sunset paddle. Featuring more hop character and bitterness than a standard blonde ale, she compares favorably with a pilsner. Siren is brewed with an American two-row pale malt base with a generous amount of Vienna malt and a touch of Victory to add complexity and aid in head retention.
