Beer Description
This high gravity brew is our biggest beer to date! It is hazy amber in color with a full body. It has strong flavors of citrus, from the use of Citra and Amarillo hops with a slight pinyness from the Simcoe hops. The warming sensation on the back of the pallet reminds you this beer is high octane and best enjoyed as a sipper. All together over 25 lbs. of hops were used in this small batch brew, made on the 3.5 barrel system. The outcome is a robust, yet smooth explosion of flavor.
