Beer Description
Milk sugar and East Texas honey bring this sweet and creamy Belgian ale to life while tropical fruit flavors from Jarrylo and El Dorado hops and complex malts bring this epic treasure home.
Belgian Strong Blonde.
Based on the history of the Biblical Promised Land, we designed this Belgian style blonde to contrast our other True Vine offerings and pay homage to the βland flowing with milk and honey.β This creamy blonde is the sweetest of our releases due to the addition of milk sugar and local, East Texas honey.
We are super proud of the brew that started as a dream and experimental ale at out Open Taps events. It is truly a great “gateway beer” yet also complex and delightful for the most sophisticated beer pallets. This widely loved Belgian blonde pairs well with charred meats, smoked almonds.
Brewed with: 2-row barley, Pilsner malt, honey and caramel malts. Cascade & El Dorado hops. Milk sugar & honey. Fermented with Belgian ale yeast.
