Beer Description
The body is medium and it’s dry, w/ a lingering bitterness to finish off the sharp malty nose. The sharp hoppiness reinforces the RyePA portion of its moniker.
Their black rye defies simple categorization, as it’s a hybrid amalgamation of porter, IPA, and rye, which is homage to the homebrewer roots of MBC’s leadership. It pours a dark brown in color with a light head and a gentle glass cling.
