Our Cream Ale gives homage to those who came before us and is brewed using a base of the best North American barley and a significant amount of corn which helps not only to contribute a smooth, creamy mouthfeel but adds a touch of residual sweetness in the finish. A generous addition of Crystal and Cascade hops provide a citrus impression and a touch of bitterness in the finish.
