Hazy pale with a thin head that dissipates to a thin collar.Stone fruit and horse blanket brett funk with citrus undertones.
Tartness seems lactic and citrusy, no doubt partially to then blood oranges but I’m very surprised to find theres no bacteria. Pickle-y brett makes an appearance as well.
