Beer Description

It’s a tribute to traditional retsina wine, a Greek wine that is flavored with the sap of the Aleppo pine tree.

This is our Evil Twin collaboration brewed with Jeppe himself. The addition of pine sap dates to ancient times when sap was used to seal the wooden vessels used to ferment wine.
